TWF 2026 Closes on a High Note in New Delhi

From EV Growth to Smart Mobility, 7th Edition TWF 2026 Closes on a High Note in New Delhi.

The 7th Edition of the Two Wheeler, Three Wheeler & EV Forum, presented by Trak N Tell, concluded on a high note at The Grand New Delhi, Vasant Kunj. The forum brought together over 500 participants from 200+ organizations, along with 50+ speakers from across the mobility ecosystem.

It was a day full of sharp insights, honest conversations, and forward looking perspectives on where the two wheeler, three wheeler, and EV industry is headed.

The opening keynote reflected on the recovery of the two wheeler market post pandemic. While entry segments continue to see pressure, premium categories are gaining strength. Long term growth continues to be supported by rising incomes, rural demand, and exports, alongside the steady momentum of EV adoption.

A special showcase by Trak N Tell highlighted its capabilities across telematics, automotive electronics, and connected vehicle technologies, reinforcing its role in enabling smarter and more connected mobility.

Across sessions, EV adoption emerged as a key theme. The transition is clearly underway, led by electric scooters and commercial three wheelers driven by strong economics. At the same time, challenges like upfront cost, charging infrastructure, and resale ecosystem continue to impact mass adoption.

Technology discussions focused on how vehicles are becoming more connected and intelligent. From semiconductor innovation and AI led features to software defined architectures, the shift is clearly accelerating. Flexible manufacturing also came into focus, with the need for scalable and adaptable production systems in the EV era.

The rise of mid power and performance motorcycles reflected changing consumer aspirations, with buyers increasingly viewing motorcycles as lifestyle and identity products.

Battery and charging were discussed as a combined ecosystem, with strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and standardization. Supply chain resilience also remained a key concern, especially around batteries and semiconductors, with localization and recycling gaining importance.

Lalit Arora from Tessolve highlighted global and technology led trends, including the growing influence of connectivity, AI, and EV integration in two wheelers, supported by advancements from semiconductor to system level solutions.

Hari E from Titan Engineering & Automation Limited emphasized modular manufacturing as a key enabler for EV scale up, allowing flexible, faster, and cost efficient production.

A focused case study on fire safety by Tarique Wahid from FireDos highlighted the unique risks of lithium ion battery fires and introduced F500 encapsulator technology as an effective solution to control thermal runaway and prevent re ignition.

The forum featured participation from leaders across Omega Seiki Mobility, Kinetic

Green, Zypp Electric, Royal Enfield, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, SUN Mobility, Suzuki Motorcycle India, Ola Electric, and Ather Energy.

EV & Tech Challenge 2026

One of the standout moments of the day was the EV & Tech Challenge, where startups including Torus Motion, Evoride Motors, Transite Systems, Ecoe, and Zipbolt showcased their innovations across motors, EV platforms, telematics, and battery technologies.

Torus Motion emerged as the winner, with its axial flux motor technology standing out for its efficiency, lightweight design, and scalability.
