Technip Energies India welcomes new trainees strengthening its diverse future-ready workforce
Mumbai : Technip Energies India has welcomed its 2026 batch of new trainees reinforcing its commitment to nurturing future-ready talent and building a diverse, inclusive workforce that will positively impact the future of the energy industry.
A key highlight of this year’s intake is the continued strength of diversity within the trainee programme. In alignment with global diversity roadmap, the overall young trainees’ diversity percentage stands at 63%, reflecting the company’s sustained commitment to creating equitable opportunities and attracting diverse talent into engineering careers.

Selected through the company’s annual campus recruitment programme, all the 90+ trainees will embark on a structured one-year development journey featuring technical training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience, thus contributing to Technip Energies decarbonization mission and helping shape a more sustainable future.
