Sultanate of Oman stands at 48th place in World Bank’s global logistics performance

Climbing up 11 places from its 59th spot in 2014 to the latest 48th position in the Logistics Performance Indiex (LPI), Sultanate of Oman scored an LPI of 3.23 in 2016 from 3 in 2014. This reflects it improvements in logistics quality and infrastructure, customs and competence.

Germany grabbed the top position three times consecutively with an LPI score of 4.23 followed by Luxembourg, Sweden, Netherlands and Singapore. In the GCC, Oman stood at the fifth place, up by two positions from its seventh in 2014.
